Citrix Virtual Driver Error Windows 7

Jun 26, 2013 Citrix Receiver Error: 'This version of Citrix Receiver does not support selected encryption. Please contact your administrator. By WfIca32.exe, when it is loading virtual drivers. It waits for this registry setting with a default of 5 seconds for the Virtual driver to load.
Citrix Receiver Protocol Driver Error
I cannot seem to launch any published applications.
I get this error: 'This version of Citrix Receiver does not support selected encryption. Please contact your administrator.[Error 1046: The Virtual Driver is not loaded]
I'm running the latest Citrix Receiver 3.4 Enterprise. I see other that have this problem that have uninstalled and reinstalled receiver and it fixed the issue and also some hotfix that may be available if you open a support ticket?
Is there any other way to fix this error? It was working fine yesterday... so this came out of no where. No windows updates were done and no updates to Citrix were done recently.
